Hi my site will not go offline when i click offline in global this is really annoying it use to work but not any more,
could anyone come and help me thanks.

Please check all file permissions are correct and you are the owner.

How do i check the file permissions where abouts should i go and what settings should i use?

You can check your file permissions through FTP or cPanel.
All folders should be 755 and files 644.
