What is the process for moving a site from Joomla 3.7 into JA Builder?

Or am I totally confused by the purpose of JA Builder… is it to be used within Joomla 3.7?

I guess my end goal is to gain better control over changing simple things to enhance my current site, without having to do a total rebuild on the Joomla platform.

JA Page Builder provides built-int content block and tool so that you can build up pages on a Joomla site with easy, please check out more info here: https://www.joomlart.com/ja-builder

If you already have a Joomla site, just install JA Builder package (like normal Joomla package) into your site and build pages as you wish.
