This is bad. all of a sudden, I can not create or edit modules.
I am one day before a deadline which has already been stretched to it’s max because your system denied my access to the purchase for 4 day (read lost 4 working days here).
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED!

Hi there

I logged in and created a new module named custom joomlart ( id = 168 ) without any problem

Could you explain which module you cannot edit ?

I cannot replicate your issue , i edited a module and as you can see in the screenshot below it works fine

Try to clean your browser cache or test it with another browser

well, that is bizarre… yes it appears to be a browser issue… I swear this site is possessed… because I actually did do edits before… and I always use chrome. but its happening on 2 different computers in chrome. it appears to be working in firefox.
