1. is the form in Contact < Single Contact 1 multilingual with the Uber Template?
2. How/ where can i adjust this file/ these files?

Hi
its default Joomla contact form . You can go to components > contact > contact (example)
You can Edit the contact info from there . The override files are in the template folder /html/com_contact folder .
