Hello everybody, I changed my current template with JA Erica. My SEF URLs works very well with my old template also JOOMAP works very well but the JA Erica main menu does not work with SEF URLs. :confused:
What should I do?
Byt the way, I installed in other database the Ja Erica quickstar and the problem is the same “the SEF URLs does not work.”.
On more thing, if I switch my Joomla to the old template the SEF URLs works

to enalbe SEF URL you must enable SEO following some steps below :
– Go to admin >> Site >> global configuration –> set Search Engine Optimization to “YES”
– Change name htaccess.txt file to .htaccess file.

Hello Hainn, you should take a little time to check mi problem. I know how I can enable the SEF URLs

If you switch the current tempate to yt_firefly the SEF URLs working but when if you try to use JA Erica with SEF URLs does not work.

i Have got the problem ,I think that there is a problem with mod_rewrite of apache, please try to enable mod_rewrite of apache server. You can contact with host provider to enable it.

Always I upload the my demos in VELAIO’s subdomains and works very well.
I have problem with this template. Like I told you, You can change the template in the JOOMLA control panel and the SEF URLs works
The problem is not mod_rewrite and common problem with SEF URLs.
Please check my problem carefully “Log in the panel, change the template and look for yourself that the URLs working with other tempaltes”.
JA Erica have a problem and I can not find and answer!!!

By the way, I have the same problem with my development enviroment.
I installed JA Erica quick install and the poblem is the same but I do not have that problem with my other projects…

Hi teksure !
I have found the solution , You can fix it following way below :
– Download base.class.zip file and extract it.
– Copy and overwrite to templatesja_ericaja_menus foder.
Notice : don’t forget backup old file.

Excellent this is solved, but was it a problem with the original template files?. If so has the template files been updated to fix this or should we download your fix zip to deter ourselves from having this problem.
I think there should be a reference in all final posts for moderators or admin stating that this has been added as a fix in the said template files to stop us downloading unnecessary files.
