I dont get it how to add link on the “see our work button” to open this page : ” http://uromedicans.com/index.php/kontakt ” ?

You can simply add hyperlink from the Editor .
You can find this code in editor for the button

<a href="#" class="btn btn-block btn-lg btn-primary">See our work</a>

Replace # In above code with your link (http://www.joomlart.com/).
