When I switch on SEO friendly URL’s in the Global Configuration of Joomla 1.5RC3, the search engine friendly URL’s will display fine for the top-level menu items…. However, when adding a 2nd level menu item, the pages do not display properly, because it can not read or connect with the CSS file….. All it does is displaying these pages in text format…

Can anyone help?

The site is still under development. After some more research I think this is a RC3 issues that is possibly resolved in RC4
