Hi, On our site: http://district279.org/
on the top right corner, I see there is a broken image icon behind the search icon graphic.
I didn’t delete the search icon image that’s why you see the image there, but I’m not sure why is show a "broken image icon" behind the search graphic.

Please advise, thanks!

Please open the search module options > Search button image > NO > http://prntscr.com/iod7jb
Save and check.
