Hi
Follow the steps below :
Create a hidden menu with type Search result
Now save this menu > Open the search module from module manager > options > Set item id > select the search menu item on it.
save and check.
When you search on site the page will be redirected to the search menu.

Thank you, although this now brings up the page, it doesn’t have any results for any content, how is the search facility indexed, so it can actually find the results of content on the site?

Hi
Which search you’re using?
if its smart search, you have to index the data from components> smart search > index.

That’s excellent thanks for your help, it’s the Smart Search Module, which is now working
