Does anyone know if there a way to display a horizontal scrolling RSS feed just under the header in Builder? Had someone mention it to me, so I’m putting it out there.

Hi
If you have any RSS module for this it can be inserted on Builder Spotlight block.
You can find the module on Joomla extension directory.
