Could you please advise as it looks like the robots.txt file is not blocking the crawls on my website when tested through Webmaster Tools on google.

It is archived the following link where this is blocked in the robots.txt.
http://www.vodanile.com/component/tags/tag/london

Any hint on how to make this work? Thanks
