In plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default-rtl/css you will find the line below in template.css line 427

background-image: url(../images/icon-badge.png);


You will need to edit that path to point to the image in question.

It look that all images in the: default-rtl/images are broken!
It is very frustrating to me!
In the localhost it is works OK but on the live server ” failed to load the given url”
When I edit it I received this info:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /plugins/system/jat3/base-themes/default-rtl/images/icon-badge.png on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
May this problem of permission!
Any ideas how to fix it

contact your webhost and ask them to “reset” the permisoins on all folders/files to 755/644 Akeeba may be able to do this for you.
