On successful user registration, the success screen shows with the success message on the top, but also has the same empty registration form below, is there anyway to only show the success message without the empty form ? Can this be achieved using any configuration or does it involve any code changes ?

Hi

This should be changed modifying joomla core php files for register component , since it is a joomla core file and has nothing to do with the template you can try to see if someone resolved already this on joomla.og forum.
