How can I remove my query Stryngs from this template?

I have removed "?t" character on plugins/system/t3/includes/core/minify.php file and you can download and extract my attached file and copy it to plugins/system/t3/includes/core/, please don’t forget to backup old file and clear cache after applying this changes.
