You need to change the text inbetween the appropriate div tags in the HTML.

I don’t use that template, but I think it might be in com_user or josForm.

My suggestion is to use Firefox as your browser and download Firebug. If you don’t already use it, it will change your life. 😎 It is a tool to edit pages right in your browser before you actually mess around with the true code.
