Does anyone have a good recommendation of a forum (with a lot of features such as related articles and comments for news) that integrates well into the Teline template?

Well, I am not sure if this can solve all your “needs” but the only forum for me is Fireboard. As far as I know there are bots and so on for articles and so on for Fireboard. It is the one and only forum for me. No matter what anyone else might think 🙂

@furfolk: You mean the separate forum system or a Joomla! Extension do a forum job?
