    I have checked on the website and sorry but the problem is not solved :-/

    look at attached file.

    on left side you will see articles order in backend
    on right side you will see articles order in frontend

    this is not the same….

    Hi,

    Our dev already checked the ordering on your site but they can not work as your expectation

    As I said before that, this is not a bug from our product and it’s loading as Joomla core default. You can add more the items under http://www.vin-ribonnet.com/fr/nos-vins/vin-rose.html page. The ordering of this page won’t able to work as well too.

    Yes I understand perfectly but I don’t understand why the articles order is working on ROSE or WHITE category but not on ROUGE category?

    this is not logical behavior ?

    Hi,

    I tried to compare both categories: rose: http://prntscr.com/dxixms and white: http://prntscr.com/dxiy1l and saw it regards the ID and Create Date. If ID and Create Date together are ascending when you change the ordering. It will show the ordering front-end and back-end at the same

    With ROUGE category, you will see the ID and Create Date do not be consistent, see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/dxizb4

    the problem is sloved.

    was not coming from ID or Create Date, but from menu item ordering settings was not correctly set.

    you can close this ticket.
