Hi, first of all I must say that my English isnt as good as I’d want it to be, so my apologise if i hurt your eyes

I have found a strange behavior of bootstrap radio buttons in Purity III that doesn’t happen in blank template.

Let’s say it’s a Yes/No radio button, with default Yes, so when the page loads these are the classes:
“No” button: btn
“Yes” button: btn btn-success active
And when you click “No” it should change to
“No” button: btn btn-danger active
“Yes” button: btn
However this is what happens:
“No” button: btn active
“Yes” button: btn btn-success active

If you click one of them which has the ‘active’ class, it will remove it, but it will never add the ‘btn-danger’ class to “No” neither remove the ‘btn-success’ one from “Yes”.
Of course, there’s no effect on submit.

This is happening in Purity III but working fine in blank template and I have no clue about what could be happening.

Hi again

I’ve made a clean joomla installation with a clean version of purity iii and the described behaviour remains.
The only extension i’ve installed is “AcyMailing” (the radio buttons belong to it)

I’m not sure AcyMailing component is compatible with Bootstrap 3 which is used in Purity III template. I see the css style of Bootstrap 3 overrides radio button.

You should raise this case to Acyba, you should get better answer there.

You were right, its a compatibility problem of the extension with BS3, and as expected, it neither works on BS3 blank template.
