Hi,
look at this: http://first.5052579.ru/
I installed and extracted jatc_resume_j3x.zip to my www folder.
But the site is almost empty, what’s wrong? Should I add any dates from?
Please check and advice me.

You need to download the quickstart file ( img below ) and follow quickstart installation documentation as described HERE
at the end of quickstart procedure it will asks to install sample data
