I have tried several times to install the quick start installation of ja_charity template with no success. It will reach the final installation page and stay there "forever". I have included a pix below. Pls help

Hi
KIndly increase the Max execution time and memory limits to a maximum value , and then re start the Apache and install the package again .
Example : Max-execution-time 300 and Memory limits 256M
This will solve the problem .

I have increased it like you said and yet I am still experiencing the same problem

Hi
You need to restart Apache after the changes and install the package again on fresh DB and folder .
