    Hi,

I have noticed that if I click on one of the images on the front page, the quality of the image is very poor.

It looks like it isn’t as sharp as the original, have can I change this?

The Image Quality is set 100% in K2 Image settings.

And when I click on the Slideshow link I can’t see the complete height of the images, if I have the browser in fullscreen. The height is set to auto.

How can I get the complete images to show on all resolutions?

    Regards

    Morten

    Hi Morten,

When I click items on the homepage of your site, I see it looks fine: http://prntscr.com/4nkxot

With the JA Slideshow Lite module, there are options that you can set the height and width for image. If both are set to be auto, this slideshow will use the dimension of source image

    Hi,

Please look at the attached image. Its the original, to the one you are referring to.

    Can you see the difference?

    Regards

    Hi Saguaros,

I still see a big difference in the details of the original image and the one on my web site.

And you didn’t answer my question.

Can’t you see the different on the two images?

I can see that others have had the same problem as I:

But I have tried to what is suggested, and I don see any difference, maybe I just don’t understand it correctly.
I have tried to clear my cache.

I was promised earlier today that someone would look at my support case TODAY, but I still have not heard anything for about 9 hours, and now I begin to be truly angry, due to the lack of support here !!!!

    Can someone give me status?

    Hi Morten,

Your site is loading large images now, you can also set the width for k2 items via Parameter option in Backend > Components > K2
