Hi
Slideshow lite does not support videos in it . You may take a look on JA Slideshow module and add youtube video iframe code in articles . Or Publish the video via Custom html module using Youtube/Vimeo Iframe code in it .
Here is doc that help u to how to Embed videos in custom html module .
If these does not fulfill your requirements you may find 3rd party extensions on Joomla extension directory for Youtube/Vimeo vidoes.
