I purchased JA Bistro a few days ago and it didn’t work on the latest Joomla 3.6.2.
Immediately after trying to install JA Bistro 3 times in different ways with no luck, I requested a refund at http://joomlart.com through my account. That was 3 days ago and I have not yet seen a refund being made or otherwise any response to my request.
I trust Joomlart with honor their profiled policy of ‘Refund Within 7 Days of Purchase No Questions Asked.’

We actually replied to your refund request 3 days ago at https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/request-refund-for-webox-order-970229/ . Could you help to go through our response there and follow up accordingly.
