The custom.css just stopped loading and i can’t see any css codes from that file in frontend. its been fine and I’m having this problem from today.

didn’t change any settings on the site or the file and the file is still located intemplates/ja_healthcare/css/custom.css

could anyone please help on what i should do to have the custom css works again.
