During the installation of ja builder I am receiving the following:

An error has occurred.

0 Database error - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 3

Hi,

Do you mean this issue happen when installing in admin panel?

Could you take a backup of your site so I will try to install?

Problem Solved.
I ran the debug console of Joomla and the problem was caused by RocketTheme RokUpdater Plugin. I disabled it and the installation completed successfully.
