Hi friend
I thought problem is your content, so I unpublished then deleted Lawmakers Urged to Raise Debt Limit article for checking. Then i still saw problem–> I went to JA news frontpage module, then change Caching parameter to No caching. Now your site works, please check.

I also saw other error in your site: “Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /home/lvco/public_html/libraries/joomla/methods.php on line 138”. You can try to search this issue on google, I found 1 link : http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1417933
