Something wrong with Mijoshop on your site as when I tried to switch template of Mijoshop to default template (instead of JA Bookshop), the issue still happens

Do you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site? try to disable them all first as I see the JS error in that check out page: http://prntscr.com/agqngt
