Look in the css file for that registration page it looks like a padding issue, giving us a screenshot means we can’t see the css or look at the source code, you don’t even give us the name of the Ja template it appears in so we could check on a local install, apart from the fact you’re no longer a member and trying to bleed info a few years after your membership ran out perhaps
