Hi, please investigate and support that I cold not use my Premium tickets … it is a verry old issue that from time to time is comming back and don’t let me use my Premium Tickets . also set my last https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/errors-occured-during-upgrading/ as Premium Ticket !
There is some issue in the Premium tickets selection for some users i already shared this issue with the development team and it will be fixed.
I also set your thread as Premium.
The issue with Premium Ticket is fixed now.
