    Hi there –

    I just purchased a subscription to Joomlart, and posted an issue on the forum at https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/uber-modules-showing-no-information-after-upgrading/. I see the option for the Premium Ticket, which I would like to purchase, however when doing so – I’m seeing the following screen. Can you please let me know how I can purchase this? The ticket is time-sensitive, and I’m happy to pay the extra for the premium support – but the site is not letting me. This is what I’m seeing…

    Hi Kevin,

    You can provide your Joomlart username / password via the private reply here so I can test further. This looks like an account issue.

    If you need to purchase the Premium ticket urgently then you can manually purchase by sending $40 to our PayPal account at paypal@joomlart.com . I will activate for you right away.

    Hi there – all done! You should have just seen a Paypal payment from kevin@d*mr.com. Can you please inform your forum moderators that the thread I mentioned (https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/uber-modules-showing-no-information-after-upgrading/) should receive priority support?

    Hi Kevin,

    I updated your account to have Premium Ticket add-on now. From now on you can just tick the Premium option before you submit any topic to receive priority support.
