    Hi there –

    I just purchased a subscription to Joomlart, and posted an issue on the forum at I see the option for the Premium Ticket, which I would like to purchase, however when doing so – I’m seeing the following screen. Can you please let me know how I can purchase this? The ticket is time-sensitive, and I’m happy to pay the extra for the premium support – but the site is not letting me. This is what I’m seeing…

    Hi Kevin,

    You can provide your Joomlart username / password via the private reply here so I can test further. This looks like an account issue.

    If you need to purchase the Premium ticket urgently then you can manually purchase by sending $40 to our PayPal account at [email protected] . I will activate for you right away.

    Hi Kevin,

    I updated your account to have Premium Ticket add-on now. From now on you can just tick the Premium option before you submit any topic to receive priority support.
