Hello, I am trying to make an image open to a "pop-up" window that has an interactive brochure. Please see attached screenshots for a better explanation. The website is: http://enzinger.org/index.php/our-services/83-business-plans/266-business-plans

Hi
This is Joomla article full article image and if you will do custom work on it still it will apply on all the intro images.
I suggest you to use modal window from Bootstrap Here Or you use JA Content Popup plugin or any 3rd party extension to make images in the Popup.
