I’m getting this Notice in my error log:
PHP Notice: ob_clean() [<a href=’ref.outcontrol’>ref.outcontrol</a>]: failed to delete buffer. No buffer to delete in /path/to/joomla/plugins/system/t3/includes/admin/layout.php on line 79

In the case, you should contact system administrator of your hosting fix it

Change php.ini configuration output_buffering = 4096
