    The purchase posting plan has stopped working for us –

    basically when you try to purchase a job – the employer gets a Posting Plan Order wait email… and then when paypal processes the payment , it does not update the employers total posts…

    it worked fine and then stopped this week

    I was quite likely to buy and use this product many times – with the lack of support I think that’s now very doubtful.

    Did you support a ticket? I agree that the forum support can be a bit slow. Butu i ussually got good support once i submitted a ticket.

    I sent a request yesterday and have received no reply.

    Support on this product is horrible.
