Hi,
A client can no longer receive payments through Paypal without getting Paypal’s ‘Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.’
I contacted Paypal and they said their standards have changed for instance don’t allow currency symbols to be passed to them. Is there anywhere I can change the code to comply with Paypal’s new standards.

I have fixed the issue. Here is the fix if anyone else gets the same error.
In VirtueMart>Payment Methods>PayPal set Let buyers override their PayPal addresses? to No

Paypals new validation checks has this _Passing addressoverride=1 without passing an address. which caused my issue.

Great you found a way it also helps others.
This seems to be issue from the Virtualmart and if its issue i suggest you to report it on VM support forum.
