so when the employer goes to purchase jobs posts / resume access, he can chose either paypal or a cheque / purchase order option

When can we expect a offline payment plugin? I’ve got urgent need of it because my customer I’m developing the site is situated in a country where PayPal is not very well spread.

is it high risk business or mainstream business?

i could suggest you any other secured payment gateway oprion or other alternative payment through online but without shoping cart or website with the reasonable rates.
