If I buid a website now using Joomla Page builder will i be able to migrate easily the website to Joomla 4.0 when it is released? As it will use framework 2.0…

Hi
When there is stable released of Joomla 4.x we will also work on the update for JA Builder.
At this time its working fine with Joomla3.7.x that is latest Joomla.

Sorry, but what does that mean exactly? That a template developed with 3.7 with JA Builder will easily be migrated to 4.0?

JA builder full package that includes the JA builder template and component bith will be updated.
You can see we are releasing Builder updates regularly.
