    As per your Active membership, you have access to the Premium Ticket Support.
    Please try to open a thread on a support forum and set the tickets as Premium from the First post of the thread.
    If you have not found the option to mark Ticket as Premium please share the thread URL I will send it to concern team to check and fix it for you.

    When I try to check the premium option. it put me ti buy the option.

    We’re looking into your issue with premium ticket atm. I’ll update you here once it’s fixed.

    UPDATE : It’s fixed. Now you can submit premium ticket again.
