I installed the JA Mono Quickstart, I go to language > install language > find language
but no language is loaded in the language list. I already try to rebuild like you suggested in a similar post. What else can i do?

Well, i did that already. All the files are in the correct place through ftp. Even though, i am not able of switching language since nothing appears on admin. Please see picture.

Could you share as private reply a temp super user account to your backend and tell me which language you need to install ?

Nothing was missing I downloaded language pack and installed it using joomla extension manager.
