You must change search module to user4 position and config to show search button

2.How to change the font and color of the headline and add some little icon next to it. :
you can edit template.css (line 688)

div.module h3, div.module_text h3, div.module_menu h3, div.module_hilite h3, div.ja-box-br h3 {
font-size:175%;
margin:0 0 5px;
padding:8px 0 2px 15px;
}

Change CSS as you want

3.And how to change the headline font of the slideshow:ja.news.fp.css (line 76)(/templates/ja_rulite/css/ folder)
