I tried to install JA Kyanite II with the quick installer. After Joomla was configured correctly, the JA Kyanite template was not available. I installed the template, and now when i view the webpage i get a

Error 500 – Internal server error

An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dear jabare14,

Please follow the Support Guidelines and submit your site login and ftp details. It is very difficult to guess the reason behind your 500 error.

Hi jabare14

Please make sure that the chmod of folders are 755 and the chmod of files are 644.
Also, configuration.php (chmod = 777)

templates/ja_kyanite/param.ini (chmod = 777)
