Hi,

I need to create a website that will be taking advertisements from customers for bed & breakfast & room rentals.

can you suggest a template that I could use in conjunction with:

Im searching for a template that will make navigation easy and natural for both customers who want to insert their ad and for customers who are looking to rent a room or B &/B??
