i have been asked to do a directory listing site along side a social networking site mainly for business

any recomendations for a site like this would JA Social be a option do you think ?
or will CB be best option

I think that all depends on your preference. The JA Social template is very nice but with a little effort you should be able to integrate Jomsocial or CB with many off the JA templates and get great results.

Remember, CB is a free component but Jomsocial you do have to pay extra for.
