When see my site in mobile view (by Opera mini browser), can’t find RSS feed on pages. So, I can’t subscribe it. Anybody can help me?

In mobile view, modules shown tend to be limited. You can change the mobile layout in:

admin > templates manager > teline iv > layout tabs > mobile layout.

But I want you to be noticed that the Subcribe module you see in normal layout of Teline IV is actually pseudo, just for illustration purpose and it can not work. You can use a module from a 3rd party.
