Hi,

can you please check if /images/resized folder is there? or if joomla can have access to write on this folder? You can also check this from the backend (admin panel ) .

It looks to me like there is a permission error!

Update: Turn SEF off and your site will function as it should! OR rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess
