It is much better… or we can say that it seems that the 1064 error has gone. 🙂
(What caused the bad coding? The php file was untouched by me.)

I see the probelm of frontend editing still remains.
Please try to add a New Item and you will see that it cannot be closed (top left corner)…

I just tried to create a new menu item type of "Create new article" and try to add a new article from front-end and it worked. Check the new article called Test New Article in content.

Dear Saguaros! Just login on frontend. Click to Add new Item Try to close the new popup editor window…

Sometimes the login module appears on the middle of the HOME page. Is it you? 🙂

No, I don’t touch the login module.

For the creating new k2 item, I just tried but both Save & Close button are working fine: http://prntscr.com/hcrfuz

Could you clear all caches and check again?
