Did you try with documentation of template here? https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-resume#pages-config

And share me the credentials of your site and clarify how you want to achieve so I can check.

Hi,

In the menu item ‘the decadence’, the external link should be: index.php?Itemid=93#my_skills

in which ‘my_skills’ is the alias of the module ‘My Skills’

I updated for you and it works now.
