Hi,

It will be quite the same way of creating a multilingual Joomla website: https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Setup_a_Multilingual_Site

With JA Builder, beside of creating menus/content/etc… you will create blocks for associated pages for each language.

There will be tutorial of how to setup this. Pls stay tuned.
