    Hi there,

i want to create a contact info page, with JA ACM module, like on demo site.

    http://uber.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/blocks/contact-info

I set as module position "uber-contact-info", which should be the wright module position,
as i read in the documentation.

    https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/uber-template/acm-configuration#contract-type

If i try to use this module position, the contact info content will be not displayed at frontend.
If i test it on another module position, like masthead, it will be displayed.

What is the trigger. I installed JA Uber as quickstart package.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi
Kindly check the Module position in your site layout first , there are different layout using different position in the template .Go to template manager > Open the Uber template style that u are using on site > Layout Tab .
There u can see all possible position to publish the modules .

    Hi Pankaj,

thank you for your hint. We use the default layout of Uber. The layout positions of acm module are also activated and can be set in the module.

    An example:

If we want to integrate: ACM Slideshow Style 2
We set module position: "uber-slideshow" and add sample data, like in the documentation.

    https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/uber-template/acm-configuration#module-structure

The module will be not displayed in frontend, also not if we activate it on all sites.

We recognize that also other modules of Joomla and 3rd parties will be not displayed on the theme.
If we test it on another theme, like Beez, it works.

We think, something went wrong on the theme, we only install the quickstart package and
made no changes on the pre-defined theme settings.

Do you know, what is the trigger?

    Hi
JA Uber site used Special page blank content menu type for Home page and use Home layout for the Home menu . On your there is only one template style that does not have the positions : http://prntscr.com/a4gfha
use default layout for all other pages .
And use Home layout > http://prntscr.com/a4gg8q For homepage with special page blank content menu type .
The publish the module to uber-home module position .

For more info kindly read the template documentation

    Hi Pankaj,

as i unterstand your message, that it is not possible to use the acm module positions of the JA Uber documentation

    https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/uber-template/acm-configuration#module-workflow

in the default theme, isn’t it?

    How can i add it?

They are also not available in the home layout, as you wrote.

    Hi Pankaj,

we did not customize anything. We only install the quickstart package and had the opinion, that anything work, if we beware the documentation.

You wrote, that we should use Default layout for all other pages and home layout for special page blank content menu type.

The acm module layout is not displayable if we set one of these layouts in the theme settings.

We do not know, what you mean with your hints.

Is there a documentation? Or can you give us a hint?

    Hi
I fixed the issue directly on your site , i found there is an override of Home layout in the file /local/etc/layouts/home.ini
but the files was blank so no module position showing , i replaced it with original file and as i said before use spacial page blank content for homepage menu as menu type http://prntscr.com/a5q7vc (as mentioned in documentation of template and use Uber home layout ) I created new template style and added home layout in it + assigned it to Home page .

There is no module showing on front end because there is no module added with position uber-home .
I added a testing module (Mod 578) that u can see showing on Home page
    Hope its clear now .
