How do I change the Read More to french “En savoir plus”?
Where in the module do can I change the English to French?

You can modify the language file as follows:

Open the language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_jacontentslider.ini file and change text in red:

READ_MORE="Read More"

Once done, please clear cache from Admin area.
