Open /css/custom.css file and add below code
```
.t3-top-header {background:#fff!important}
```
change the color code as per needs.

Please I cannot locate the custom.css in the css folder. Please where can I find the file

open /css/custom.css in template folder.
If files is not present in css folder kindly create it and add the code.
